Well, I tried and I tried, but I didn't pass the 302 like I was hoping. But... I'm gonna start over from scratch and just prevail at this. I've spent my fair share of hands on experience with most of this stuff, it's only the things I don't have access to in a hands on environment that prolly threw me off. Regardless, I went to the book store after failing the 302 for the final time and picked up the 601 ~ 604 fast pass from Cybex. They didnt' have a copy of the meyers book which tells me I'm gonna end up ordering it online. At least now (with a big help from the people on this site) I have a better understanding of what I need to know for the test. If anyone knows of a url for a cheap copy of any of the new meyers books, lemme know.

    You probably won't find overstock's yet...but I highly recommend alibris for books.
    www.abebooks.com is recommended by many, but I'm sort of loyal to alibris and amazon.

    Were you given areas to 'review' on your exam results sheet? This may help you plan your study time a little better?

    Yeah I was given some areas to review, and in all reality, I came so close to passing that seeing as how the os is now part of the essentials exam, I'm overly confident that I can pass this new one. Are they still using the 100 questions in 90 minutes format for this?

    Ok, so remind me exactly which books are good ones. Is passport any different from the all in one exam? Heh, I don't suppose you know of a great site to buy used computers that I can play around with? I have two at my house, but I gave one to one of my roommates so he doesn't have to borrow mine for internet access, and the other one I am currently using as a media server....

    Passports are great....mostly for 'review' not to learn the material
