Hi friends, can any one plz tell me, What linux distribution support NTFS and Unicode(farsi) plus Persian keyboard plus running windows softwares? I searched the net but it is hard to find precise info so I am looking for the Linux that fully support Persian code pages and keyboard and also can access to NTFS Drives and also run windows softwares.

Well.. no linux distribution can run windows programs per se. Some programs may be ported or exist in a little different version on linux, or can be run via winex/vmware.
NTFS support is in all distributions as it depend on the kernel.. and newer kernels (2.6.x) got descent NTFS support, even write.
Can't help you with the Persian stuff though ;E -
