Hi friends, can any one plz tell me, What linux distribution support NTFS and Unicode(farsi) plus Persian keyboard plus running windows softwares? I searched the net but it is hard to find precise info so I am looking for the Linux that fully support Persian code pages and keyboard and also can access to NTFS Drives and also run windows softwares.

srg Member Posts: 140Well.. no linux distribution can run windows programs per se. Some programs may be ported or exist in a little different version on linux, or can be run via winex/vmware.
NTFS support is in all distributions as it depend on the kernel.. and newer kernels (2.6.x) got descent NTFS support, even write.
Can't help you with the Persian stuff though ;E -
