Length of Employment?

Just wondering, but is there much of a difference to employers between having been at a place for 10 months as opposed to 12 months?

I know longer is better but I think I'm gonna go back to school full-time this fall coming up (starts at end of August) which will be 10 months since I've been here. Original plan was to stay til at least 12 months, probably 14-15 months since that was when spring semester starts but I'm just so ready to throw myself back into school full-time, have a bit more of a flexible schedule as well as have more personal time to study and obtain certifications.

I'd work here part-time and weekends but I'm like 95% certain management here isn't willing to do that since they need full-time workers. I spoke to an ex-employee that was here before I came in and he told me he was in the same boat and left because they weren't willing to allow him to be a part-timer.

It really don't matter. However, 12 months = 1 year. So, it will sound better.
