CBT advice for Linux+ and LPIC-1 tests

Hello.

I'm semi-new to Linux and I've been looking for a compuer based program that will provide a good foundation as well as prepare me for the certification tests. I've seen a lot of discussions around here about the CBT Nuggets training, and I was wondering if anyone has had any experience or heard anything about the Trainsignal material?

They are listed on the comptia website as a trusted training partner, and the demo looks pretty good, but I wanted to check here first.
