Failed Need Help

I have taken the 70-270 twice 1st time score was a 594 I race through it and the second time I scored much lower because I changed alot of my answers I finished it in like 45 mins and used an hour changing my answers -_-. Can I get some hints on the Installing Windows, and Network Protocols.
