Can Somebody Review my Resume Please?

As the the subject asks can sombody please review my resume. I will either PM them or email them whichever they want. Just let me know in the post if you can help me out please.

I'm working at this NOC for over a month now and i hate it, i'm a windows guy who somehow found his way in a NOC working with routers (staffing company decieved me, long story) But, anyways i decided to stick it out for now, but working the late shift is killing me and they wont give any other shift, and i'm start school soon. So i'm looking to get out of here and back into a windows support environment hopefully...

The problem is i think my resume is out of sync to be honest. I want out so fast i just hurried and added a new section for my current noc job which might be a little bad i think, thats why i'm not getting any calls IMO. I seen many employers looking at my resume on dice.com & Careerbuilder.com but no calls... I really need help with my resume, I would appreciate if somebody help me.
