how should the domain administrator allow a domain user to add 100 XP machines to WIN 2003 domain?

1. Pre-stage the accounts and specify the individual in the "Add computer to domain" setting in place of domain administrator.

or

2. In the OU or Domain where the computers will be added, delegate the right to add workstation to the domain to that individual.
