I applied for this job and I'm going to have a phone interview soon. The only thing I'm not sure about is salary...I'm sure it depends on the area, but what is a good starting salary for someone with three comptia certs? I'm taking my 70-270 soon.
They want someone with printer experience. I can setup printers, install drivers and troubleshoot simple things like empty ink cartridge, paper jam, bad drivers, etc mostly for inkjet and laserjet. Anything I should know or cram into my head before talking to these people?

Relax and have your manual or guide in front of you. Also, if you don't know the answer, just tell them that give me few minutes and I will find the answer for you.
