What are Processes?
Babietech
Can somebody give me an good explanation or an example about the process in the Task Manager.
I'm confused. Is it based on the software programs that are running the computer background?

Process are the executables that are running. They can be both foreground and background processes. Open Word and you should see the word executable, winword.exe, as one of the processes. iexplorer.exe is Internet Explorer. explorer.exe is the Windows GUI. Spoolsv.exe is the Print Spooler service.
