Some questions.

As you notice from my sig that I'm heading in the MCSA track now after I was just done with CCNA.
I need to know if I'm using the right book "MCSA/MCSE Self-Paced Training Kit (Exam 70-270): Installing, Configuring, and Administering Microsoft Windows XP Professional, Second Edition" I also have Vmware and running XP Pro on it to practice with.
Will this book be sufficient? Do I need to look into anything more or will this be enough for me if I study hard just using the above material that I have. I do not mind spending a little more on other resources that might help me pass.
Also hows the exam format? Do I expect to see the same thing as the CCNA (single answer, multiple answers, testlet, sims and fill in the blank)? Do they specify how many to pick in a multiple answer question?
