I got a new job!

I've posted recently about the whole job situation and what to do...
Well, last week I met with the only IT guy at a company and he offered me the job the same day. They're calling it an entry level position and I'm only getting around a $3,000 a year increase up front, but since it's privately owned, apparently the end of year bonuses are quite nice, especially if that department does well or you perform well.
However, the work doesn't seem entry level and there's A LOT to do and learn. Running fiber lines to high end security cameras and access control systems, going into plants and installing absolutely everything, from workstations, to cable, to servers, to switches/routers, then making it all work. He said they're trying to heavily expand into VoIP, also. I haven't really had much hands on experience with higher end hardware, especially Cisco equipment, so I'm excited about that.
Some of the projects are huge, some are small. I'll still be doing some tech work, because they still support local offices. There's a chance to do some .NET programming. He basically said I could do whatever I wanted and if they needed to hire someone else, that would be fine.
You get a company vehicle for any travel, laptop, company cell phone, etc. He said ther job is to give me the tools I need to do my job, meaning if you need anything at all, just ask.
Even if the pay increase wasn't exactly what I wanted, I'm happy to be moving out of a job I felt like had dead ended for me. The opportunities in this job are fantastic and I have a feeling I'm going to learn a lot.
I plan on starting August 20th!
