New to the forum. Lots of good info here, good job all.
I have been working with Cisco equipment for about 3 years now and never got around to taking any Cert tests (shame on me). I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on if I should take the INTRO and ICND exams (640-821 and 640-811) or take the CCNA 640-801 exam. Will it cost more to take both tests. It also seems that if you take two test that would be more questions you could get wrong.
Thanks in advance for any info.

'Both' tests coast $100 each, the 801 is $125 once.
Wether you take the ICND+INTRO route or the single exam depends on your general networking knowledge. The INTRO exam is a bit like CompTIA's Network+ exam (check out our net+ technotes) plus basic router config (what you most probably already know because of your experience.) I would only suggest the ICND+INTRO route for those that hardly have any networking experience/knowledge.It also seems that if you take two test that would be more questions you could get wrong.
