Cannot route between 2 networks using RRAS

I have a Windows 2003 RRAS server with 2 NICs.
It is configured as a router with NAT.
The machines on the internal network can access
anything on the external network but not vice versa.

I already checked the route table and it is set up
properly. Any ideas?

Do you have both of these servers running NAT on an internal IP from a gateway?

You can not use the same interface for NAT and Routing, the source address will be translated on the remote network and it will not work. I have basically the same setup and my solution was to add a 3rd NIC on each server to use for routing only.
