wen, i was answering a mock exam of cisco press, i found my answer was incorrect for the question:
which of the foll uses TCP?
tftp,telnet,ftp
my answer was: tftp & ftp
mock's answer: telnet & ftp
can anyone help me out in this?

TFTP uses UDP, not TCP.
So the mock is right.

Telnet: TCP 23
FTP: TCP 21 FTP-data: TCP 20
TFTP: UDP 69 TCP 69 (TCP TFTP is uber-rare so consider it uber-non existant ~ old mainframe thin client stuff)
