i'm not sure of who all uses the getcerty4less but i ran into an interesting issue just over the past week or so. i was going online to check into getting a test voucher for 642-642 aka QoS but it wasn't shown in there list as the voucher would cover it..
so i contacted them online via im and was told that it wouldn't as well
well i contact them yesterday to find out if they would actually verify it before my purchase and i got an email that evening saying that it would
they updated the page and now its listed down there by bgp and bgp+mpls
