Help Needed with Firewall Clients

Hi everyone, i have a problem at work thats just driving me crazy. None of the client machines are connecting automatically with our ISA 2004 Server. So i did some research and checked and doubled checked all the relevent configs and still no joy. The clients will connect by typing in the name of the server but not by Automatic Discovery. WPAD has been set up correctly in DNS, ISA has been set up correctly to use Auto Discovery and i have read the Microsoft articles. Has anyone come across this problem and found a workaround?
