Looking to do labs with exchange 2003

Hello,
Looking to do the 70-284 exam as an elective but seems like exchange 2003 is no longer available as a trial. I really would like to do labs with it since I have zero experience with it. Not sure how different 2007 is from 2003 but would I still be able to do the labs in the 70-284 Sybex book on Exchange 2007?

Exchange 2007 is very different than Exchange 2003 in many ways. As for the Exchange 2003 evaluation, there's not much to say other than buying a book that comes with it. The MS Press Exchange 2003 study guide includes an eval copy of Exchange 2003 I seem to remember.
