I need to look into pricing of a secure entry system.... We, need an upgrade here at work, as we have just a simple Key and lock system for every door in the building... I'm trying to find reliable vendors and prices for a system that can be easily managed from a central server.
We would like to distribute cards and have card readers, we would like the ability to create/encode the cards and to have the ability to easily disable a card if an employee leaves ect.....
I'm just for vendors at the moment so I can get quotes, and would like to know if any one here can suggest a system. Thanks.

Make sure you check the prices of the consumables used with the system. The more inexpensive entry systems sometimes have higher prices for the special cards and fobs they sell that only their system can use. The software upgrades can be pricey too. Don't get locked into a single source of supplies or maintenance.
