Simulations on 290?

in Server 70-290
I just did my 70-270 , now I'm starting on this (290)

Is the test just multiple choice type questions like the 270 or are there simulations ?

    Is the test mostly simulations or mostly questions?

    Trying to figure out the best way to study for it. I have taken a class for it and have the text books from class but If it is mainly questiosn I will probably go buy a better book to study.

    Mostly multiple guess. I have heard anywhere from 4-7 sims.
