how can i repair the server service on my xp machine. also know as lanmanserver?

    What's wrong with it?
    IT guy since 12/00

    Recent: 11/2019 - RHCSA (RHEL 7); 2/2019 - Updated VCP to 6.5 (just a few days before VMware discontinued the re-cert policy...)
    Working on: RHCE/Ansible
    Future: Probably continued Red Hat Immersion, Possibly VCAP Design, or maybe a completely different path. Depends on job demands...

    wont work. I cant seem to start the service. saying specified module cannot be found. Any help?? Thanks

    Normally when I see this there a few other services that will not start either such as Computer Browser, Wireless, Automatic Updates, etc. Is this happening as well?

    What were the symptoms that motivated you to look at the running services to begin with?
