I finally pass this one ! 
It's the second time I took this one, first it was when it was a beta exam, but I'm still waiting for my result from Microsoft & Prometric (My status is still "Tested" in My Prometric Transcript and nothing in my Ms Transcript for the 71-623).
So, after been waiting during 4 month for nothing , Prometric finally give me a free Voucher to re-take this one.

Sim: 0
Questions: 56
Duration: 180 min (+ 30min because I'm French and I took it in US version)
Traigning: MS Introducing Vista, Vista Revealed and my ow PC @ work.
Feeling: I think it was the easiest exam I'd ever take, it's really made for people who want to make the first support level for home people.
The professional Exam wich is more difficult is the 70-621 (for those who already are MCDST) or 620 + 622 for the others.
The 70-623 give you credential of MCITP : CS (Microsoft Certified IT Professional: Consumer Support Technician)
The next should be the 70-624 just for the Fun, cause Microsoft sent me another Voucher to apologize with that mess, but unfortunatly, I must take one of the vista exam (620,621,622,623 or 624) and I already have the 621 and 623 so I don't need the 620 & 622.
So, if I can help, don't Hesitate.
