Enviroment Variables

I want to deploy an enviroment variable on some workstations, this works fine using group policy apart from one thing, the user has to click ok on two boxes explaining the install. Is there a way of installing these using group policy without user interaction?

I don't know of a GPO way other than putting it in an old fashioned logon script.
