Whats the difference between MS Exchange and Microsoft Exchange.
"Uses judgment" ?? whats this, maybe you should proof read your resume first.
Networking, sometimes i love it, mostly i hate it.Its all about the $$$$

This resume is poorly worded. You should use quantitive and qualitative expressions when explaining what you did at your last job. For instance, Sucessfully implemented a VPN solution that increased work productivity by 25 percent. Use adjectives. Bullet point what you did. If you did something in the past, use past tense. If you are doing something now, use present tense. Your cover page should include personality traits, not the resume. Never use I on the resume. You have I trained end users when it should be a bullet pointed statement like

    Facilitated training for entire company.

    or you have :
Assigned and established printer access including printer types and queues.

    It should be more like:

Administered Access Control Lists for all network printers as well as configured network print queues.

This resume needs a lot of work. Get a professional if need be. I don't hire people at my job and I have never been in that position but I wouldn't hire you on the basis of this resume. Your credentials look fine but if you can't put together a decent resume I would be very leary.

    3 words

    too F'N long!

No offense, but the recruiter/HR is not going to read 10% of that.

KISS. Keep it simple stupid. Resume is just an ice breaker. They need to go through HUNDREDS of these sometimes, they will not spend more than 90seconds with it initially.

That is my only judgment as I didn't read it all. [/b]

I recently went through a resume buidling class and this is the layout they said works for recruiters. The class was taught by a recruiter so I assume she is right on the money.

    Computer Company Topeka, KS
    Network Administrator 10/2000-6/2005
    *Managed Server 03
    *Supported 500 workstations
    *fell asleep at my desk

I would also list the certs like this....

    Network+ 09/1999
    Security+ 10/1999

Everything should be quick and easy to read. Leave alot of that in depth stuff for the interviews.

Edit- This thing is kinda killing the format , the date and stuff should be off to the right alot

I agree it is to F'N long but if I bullet the items like another viewer said it would be even longer.

Thanks for your replies. I just threw this together real quick. I will see what I can do with it.

    Again, THANKS!

You only bullet a couple of important points , not everything. 3-4 bullets per job. Seems to be working ok for me, I am just repeating what I was told though. They say most recruiters only look at the resume for a few seconds to see if you are qualified.
