Lexar FireFly Chips
Well I've made an interesting discovery that my Lexar Firefly 512MB has a 4GB NAND chip in it.

Yet I can only use 512Mb... Any one know of a way to unlock these to use the full 4GB ? I think theirs only 1 of 2 reasons its locked to 512MB, part of the chip is damaged, or they buy them in so many bulk packages, its just as cheep to get the 4GB as it is the 512MB chips after they purchase 100,000's of them... Interesting eh?
