Is the 2500 series incapable of having two WAN links?

I have two serial links on my 2524, one of them is the DB60 DCE/DTE port, and the other one is some 15-pin serial port. Considering there are two serial ports, I should be able to have two WAN links connected to one 2524 router, correct?

Is the 15-pin port on an module, or fixed on the back of the router?
You might be talking about the DB-15 Ethernet Interface. You may have the DB-15 and/or RJ-45 connector for connecting to Ethernet Networks. Some of the Token-Ring Routers were the same way -- STP or RJ-45 (or both on the same router, but still only one connection)

Bill Kaster Member Posts: 94 ■■□□□□□□□□Oh yeah, I guess that serial port is for Ethernet. Thanks for the links.
Though, I'm wondering, where can you buy the Five-in-one WAN module with DB60? I need another couple serial links to get a meaningful network going, and it seems no one sells them anymore.Starting my CCNA journey! -
Bill Kaster Member Posts: 94 ■■□□□□□□□□The WAN modules with DB60 ports in my 2524 has a part number on the card that reads LTC1346A: according to this link here: http://www.linear.com/pc/productDetail.jsp?navId=H0,C1,C1007,C1018,P1078, they're selling that part, which they describe as a 10Mbps DCE/DTE V.35 Transceiver. Is this the WAN module that'll allow my routers to have multiple WAN links? I just want to be sure.Starting my CCNA journey!

for a complete review - you might want to check this link :

from there - you can see what kind of WAN module can be plugged-in.
