OWA

question guys!!

i have an exchange server...im having issues accessing OWA with a domain user but with and domain admin i dont, i changed a domain user to a domain admin and it worked.
does this have to do with NTFS permissions? i tried everything already i even reinstall exchange and iis so im taking any subjections...
