Taking Network + exam

im looking to take my N+ exam next week i have been using mike meyers passport and i have done all of the practice tests that came on the cd and taken alot of online practice test too. also gone through tech notes on this site
do you think im ready to take the test? some advice please

That's really hard to answer for anyone, it depends a lot on how much knowledge and experience you had before starting with Network+, how much time you spent studying (differs a lot per person).

If in addition to 'gone through tech notes on this site' you also studied the information in it, understand and remembers it, combined with Mike Meyers' book, you should have enough ammo to pass the exam. The same thing goes for the practice test, you mentioned you taken a lot of practice test, but didn't mention how you scored on them. Those practice test can give you an objective answer to your question. I.e. if you score 80% or higher on practice exams you'll likely do well on the actual exam as well.
