How do I get 1 computer to automatically backup file to another computer in the same workgroup

Easiest/Free way is to get something like Synctoy from Microsoft and schedule it. Or write and schedule your own batch file to do the same thing. Use the same Login name/password on both machines, or map a drive to the target machine and choose to use alternate credentials (and use those from the target).
