Which test to take first?

Anyone have any suggestions as to which course is better to study for first? I currently am studying for 70-294 as my first one.. Should I be starting with another? Or does it matter?

Depends on you background as to which you go for first.

Most people appear to go for the 70-270 first but as I said it depends what knowledge you have and what you currently do at work etc.

personally i did the a exam (70-270) first.

im currently studying for 70-294 and although it is more technical and a little harder to get your head around, IMO, there isnt a great deal to cover compared to other the mcse exams.

It really comes down to you...

FYI, 270 and 290 cover basically the same material. Only diff are the features of each that you are tested on.
