Anyone got any good ones? Working face to face with customers who dont know much about computers can be a bit of a challenge. I dont mind it though...I certainly dont think everyone should be expected to be tech geniuses. If that was the case, none of us would have jobs

With networks, it's easy to use pipes and roads.
