Microsoft E-learning course for exam 70-284

Greetings,
Wondering if Microsoft E-learning courses (Collection 5148 and 5149) are of any good. I have never taken any E-learning course from Microsoft and would like to your comment/opinion before I take the plunge.
How do they compare to the CBT Nuggets 'Exchange 2003 Administration, Exam pack 70-284'.

I have never used the CBT's, but MS eLearning is pretty good to me. A lot of hands on labs, exercises, and instruction. I used the ones you mentioned for preparation for my 70-284, and I was pleased. That wasn't the only resource though...I used instructor led training, read the entire book, went over TEchNet stuff that wasn't taught and practiced a little in a home lab.B.S.B.A. (Management Information Systems)
