What type of network design template are you looking for? That is kind of a broad question. Maybe if you give some specifics someone will be able to help you out.An expert is a man who has made all the mistakes which can be made. -

Each and every network design is unique because not all networks are the same and not all network design goals are the same. Therefore, you can't just apply a template to a network design problem to come up with a network design solution.
