Effective video/audio recording question

penniwelpenniwel Member Posts: 10 ■□□□□□□□□□
Based on a network that is WinXP, anyone have any ideas as to an easy way to record a classroom session and then be able to play it on the computer later on for review?

Would wireless video cams be a possible solution? Can they be controlled from a computer, any computer on a network?

Any ideas/replies are welcome. Thanks.

I guess you could hook up a regular DV camera to a firewire (IEEE1394) connection on one of the computer and make it accessible for remote control via the built-in remote desktop feature in combination with Movie Maker.

I used this cool IP camera from D-Link to present the configuration of an app we use in our company for an office we have in another country. Cool stuff it was. It worked on your computer or simply on your TV. You would then plug it into a broadband connection.. and boom.. you're up and running. It's called the i2Eye videophone camera.
