Hiya
I'm planning on doing the 70-219,220 & 221 once I've finished my core exams, on the MCSE 2000 requirements page there is a footnote which says
Exams 70-219, 70-220, 70-221, 70-226, 70-297 and 70-298 may each count one time toward one core design exam or one elective exam. These exams may not count toward both a core design exam and an elective exam.

Does this mean that after doing the 3 exams I will not be a MCSE 2000??

The MCSE 2000 requires one design exams and 2 electives. What the foot note is saying is that you can't use 219 to count once as the design exam requirement and again as an elective. If you take all three, one will count towards the design exam and the other two will be used as electives.
