Is there any way to get financial help for exams?

Being a poor college student, I don't really have the cash to pay for exams plus material to study. I was just wondering if there was any type of help that was available. Any info would be appreciated.

    Most of that sort of help(if there is any particularly for exam fees) is distributed to low-income people. You can't make very much income at all.
    If you are claimed as a dependent by somebody, you'll likely not be eligible.
