Jobs in Hawaii

Do any of you work in Hawaiian Islands?

I have been looking for Cisco related jobs in Hawaii but they seem few.
Mostly Microsoft support jobs(Desktop, Systems Administrator, etc...) seem to be the normalcy.
I'm working on my MCSE right now so I can land a job in Hawaii.

I would like to work on Oahu or Kauai.

I worked in hawaii for 3 years in the military. check out General Dynamics and SAIC they are both major defense contractors out there and do the majority of the networking on Oahu. try looking at www.dice.com

Lotsa tech jobs in the Hawaiian Islands are DoD. You might also try sites like www.clearancejobs.com. And check the job sites of defense contractors that have offices over there too.

You would think that all of the hotels in the islands would provide lots of IT work too, but most are Japanese owned and the IT people come from the Japan-side of the Pacific Rim.
