Are these anygood as a learning tool for example learnin ios?

    That can depend on the IOS version they run, or the amount of flash and DRAM they have if you are planning to upgrade them. Of course they are useful in learning, but with Dynamips/dynagen there is really no need for the hardware other than to learn how to connect things and what not.

    I guess it depends on how much they are asking for them.
