Publisher cannot be verified, dam
Hi Guys
Let me know if anyone needs more info on this one
We are getting the following message on some not all of our XP clients when a program is run
"The publisher cannot be verified, are you sure you want to run this software"
The solution is here
Right click IE - Properties - Security - Local Intranet - Sites - (Tick "Include all local (intranet) sites not listed in other zones and Include all network paths (UNCs))
However, when the user logs in these ticks are removed so message still appears.
Here's the setup - 3 Servers onsite, 1 Domain server we have limited access, 2 member servers which we are administrators, it is on one of these member servers that the application sits on.
Users aquire GPO from Domain sever then run the app from member server. We cannot edit this GPO.
Can anyone suggest a way to get rid of this message every time the application is run
Thanks in advance
Lee H

Recent: 11/2019 - RHCSA (RHEL 7); 2/2019 - Updated VCP to 6.5 (just a few days before VMware discontinued the re-cert policy...)
Working on: RHCE/Ansible
Future: Probably continued Red Hat Immersion, Possibly VCAP Design, or maybe a completely different path. Depends on job demands...
