Buying a Laptop - UK Edition
Just wondering where our UK residents purchase their laptops from and who they feel has best value.
There are some other threads for over the pond but cant remember a UK one.

Im looking for a laptop to produce extra labs so im looking for something with 1GB RAM, preferably 2GB. So either something starting with this or something low cost thats easily expandable.

Obviously as low as possible

Try this Acer. Me personally I have the Acer TM5720, as it has a better graphic card, but my work laptop is the Toshiba A100 with the x1600 graphic's card and runs games alot better (but it is alot more than £600).
You could try Dell, however for the price, you'll get a lower spec CPU.
