CBT Nuggets for Linux+ worth while?

Has anyone used CBT Nuggets to prepare for the Linux+ exam? If so, what is your opinion on it?

I haven't used the Linux+ CBT's, but several of the other Nuggets series including MCSE 2000, Security+, MCSA 2003 upgrade, etc and have always found them helpful.
