Giving rights to users

I have created a group for several people who i need to be able to create user accounts for me. I have used delegation of control for this group to create and delete user accounts etc, etc. But they cannot create a mailbox for a new user, so i went to my exchange server and ran the delegation of control on this group with Administrative view only but they still are unable to create mailboxes for the newly created users? Can anyone help please? I just need to have these user in the group to be able to create and delete user accounts.

If I remember correctly there are some issues with service pack levels and what not, try this:

thanks for the link. But it does`nt really point me in the right direction. all i need to do is enable somehow the users to be able to create accounts and also create a mailbox when creating the account. So far all they can do is create accounts without mailboxes!! Arrgghhh it`s driving me mad.
