Working on a Server+ study guide

It's more for myself, but once I finish I'll share.

What I'm doing, and I just started it today, is taking the objectives, bulleting them out, and putting in information under each part of the objective. For example:

1.1 Know the characteristics blah blah blah

 - PCI Bus Mastering
   1. Information about PCI Bus Mastering
 - PCI Hot Swap
   1. Blah Blah Blah

So on and so forth

I'm eagerly looking for assistance, so if you want to help, let me know. And if you do decide to help, please include sources, so that I can go back and ask permission (just figured I'd cover my bases here.)
