Good websites for learning stuff?

Anybody know any good websites that contain easy to understand tutorials on the following subjects

* Networking
* Windows Server
* Linux and Open Source technologies
* Scripting in windows

Any other interesting stuff you can do with a computer as I want to increase my know how and build up a knowledge folder I can refer to.

I like them too, but I also like videos. itidiots.com has some excellent and entertaining video podcasts.

Oh, and just now I came across http://www.labrats.tv. Seems interesting, so I plan to watch some.

When I was studying for Linux+, LinuxQuestions.org was very helpful with Linux, Unix, and general open-source information. Any questions I couldn't get answered here or on the vendors' sites, I could find answers to there.
