Dont know if posting on the right section.

I have a cust that is complaining about static on the line when making or receiving phohe calls. its a multilink ckt and mult and all sequences are up and stable. Not taking any errors and not dropping packets. I am able to send extended pings to cust ip fine. I looked at the policymap and no drops there either.

Any sugestions on what to check. The cust said issue started after an outage on Monday. Seq 2 od the multilink was tested by the physical layer group and came clean. No physical layer test has been done on Seq 1 but i dont seet any errors or drops on the interface.
