Use group policy on clients to DC?

Need some help.

What is the group policy object that allows you to redirect clients to a scpecific domain controller in a domain? HELP!!

    Your Sites and Services works with DNS to tell clients where the nearest DC's are located by IP address.
    All things are possible, only believe.

    There really isn't a way to force clients to use a specific DC for authentication. sprkymrk's answer is the correct answer for AD - you make sure your have your sites defined correctly in AD with all of your network subnets grouped into sites appropriately. Then, your clients will connect to a DC whose subnet is in the same site as it's subnet.

    There is a way in the registry to force Outlook to use a specific Global Catalog DC, though.

    Would you mind sharing why you need to use only a specific DC, more info might be helpful.
