Migrate Public folder from Echange 2003 to 2007

Hi,
We are migrating to Exchange 2007 and have it up and running with our Exchange 2003 box. Im replicating the public folders over to the 2007 box right now and so far there does not seem to be any issues. I made a mailbox on the 2007 server and have a virtual machine with Outlook connected to it and everything seems to be replicated.
The first question i have is that the 2003 server says In sync and the 2007 server says Local modified in Exchange 2003 System manager for each public folder that is replicated except a couple that both say In sync. Are these alright.
Has anyone done this yet and is there anything with the Offline address book that needs to be done on the 2007 mach one i turn off the 2003 server and stop replication?
I have done some looking around for some info on what needs to be done, but have not come up with too much info. Maybe some one can point me in the right direction, or has sucessfully done this.
