Can anyone help me to find some books about voip?
i've no idea about voip so that i hope to find books that is helpfull for beginners.
i wanna go 4 ccvp with some info about Voice, i think it would be better that way

Ah - ok, so no wonder the book sucked so bad.

I'll check out some used prices for the Cisco self-study books. Thanks for the advice.

get the voip first step by cisco press. it's pretty sweet.

it gives you an overal pstn/tdm fundamentals. then brings the oldschool phone stuff into the new school with ccm and cme
