Hey anybody that has taken a cisco academy class, you can call the cisco help desk line pick or ask for the cisco net acad support. Even if you took it back years ago, like 2001. They will look up your login info even if its expired and reset it and help you get logged in, then you can request a voucher for the 801 from the cisco netacad website, CALL pearson vue, don't try online because you can't schedule the test unless you call, you will recieve an email telling you the info needed. I was starting to study for the 802 after missing the 801 on Nov 6th by 2 points, but now i can go back and pass the 801.
