decent webcams? +job interview

I just got a request for a job interview that is gonna be done in the future over a webcam since I'm outta of the area. My problems is that I just looked at my current webcam its not gonna cut it its a few years old, so I need something up to date thats not grainy. Also what type of attire should I wear even though it will be conducted in my house should I still put on a suit?
