Overall, would you say network admin is more in demand and high-paying job or security admin?

I'm guessing that since a security admin should also be a qualified network admin, but a network admin wouldn't necessarily be a qualified security admin, that the network admin would be more in demand (due to more positions to fill) while the security admin would command a higher wage comparitively speaking.
